Meet the Team
Linda Ray Rubel
Linda Ray Rubel began volunteering at CTRH in 1996 and became a member of the Board of Trustees in 1998. She was co-founder and President of a local chain of retail camera stores, Pete's PhotoWorld, and volunteered her business management and development expertise to CTRH for many years. In 2012, she became our Executive Director.
Laura Benza
Laura Benza started riding at age 3, and began volunteering with CTRH many years ago. She is now the Program Director and Special Events Manager. She graduated from Miami University with a degree in Psychology and is a PATH, Intl. certified riding instructor and mentor.
Liz Tippett
Liz Tippett began volunteering at CTRH several years ago, and is now our Office Manager and Volunteer Coordinator. She is a longtime horsewoman and is a PATH Certified Instructor. She is studying to become a Speech Language Pathologist.
Beth Compton
Beth, a longtime, dedicated CTRH volunteer, is a PATH Intl. Certified Instructor and teaches several of our Adaptive Recreational Riding classes. She is a pediatric nurse, but also finds time to work in our Horse Angel program and in our office.
Lauren Warm
Lauren Warm is a Licensed Occupational Therapist who has participated in CTRH's Hippotherapy program for many years. She is also a PATH Intl. Registered Therapist in Hippotherapy and a PATH Intl. Certified Riding Instructor.
Sara-Ruth Riggs
Sara-Ruth Riggs is a Licensed Occupational Therapist who comes to CTRH through a collaboration with Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center and works in our Hippotherapy program on a once-weekly basis. She is also a PATH Intl. Registered Therapist in Hippotherapy
